Apertira measures; it does not advise
Apertira is not a financial adviser and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing here is a personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or move money into any product, and nothing here is tax advice.
Portfolio checks compare your holdings against limits you set and against public tax allowances, and report the difference. They deliberately do not tell you what to do about it: they name no trade, size no transaction, and take no view on whether you should act.
Where a pound could go ranks options by their estimated return under the assumptions shown alongside it. It cannot see your full circumstances, it does not allocate your money to any of them, and a ranking is not a recommendation. Decisions about pensions, investments and debt are yours; if the amounts matter to you, take regulated advice.
The numbers are estimates
Tax figures follow UK rules as we understand them and assume a single taxpayer with no other complications. Capital-gains matching, allowances, dividend tax and pension relief are modelled, but real returns depend on details we do not see. They are not a substitute for a tax return, an accountant, or HMRC guidance.
Projections are simulations of assumptions, not forecasts. Past performance does not predict future returns, and investments can fall as well as rise.
Market data
Prices come from third-party feeds, may be delayed, and are provided without warranty of accuracy. Where a live price is unavailable, a holding is valued at its last known traded price and the dashboard says so.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Import only data you are entitled to. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service or access other people’s data.
Availability and liability
Apertira is provided as-is, without guarantee of availability or of freedom from error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for financial loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its figures. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
Delete your account at any time from the dashboard; all your data goes with it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
